🏹 Archery Program

One of the many extracurricular activities at St. James School is Archery. Through the National Archery in the Schools Program (NASP), students in grades 4 through 6 learn archery skills during Physical Education classes.

Beginning in January, students are invited to participate in an after-school archery club coached by Mrs. Teresa Wissenburg and Mr. Jim Wissenburg.

Many student archers participate in tournaments and qualify for the Nebraska State Shoot.

🎭 St. James Theatre Troupe

The St. James Theatre Troupe provided students with opportunities to develop acting, speaking, and performance skills.

Several fifth and sixth grade students gathered weekly under the guidance of Mrs. Myra Klenicki to practice acting techniques and prepare for performances.

The group concluded the year by performing a short, comical play entitled The Little House That Wasn’t, written by Mrs. Klenicki.
